3-5 years of experience at least one year in the pharmaceutical company.
Very good command of English.

Managing all of the Recruitment procedures like(Structures, Recruitment plan, Screening, Interviews, hiring procedures).
Receiving applicants CVs &proceed the screening and filing process with daily follow up with them.
Opening new sources to enrich the database in different positions.
Review all the recruitment cycle to make sure that all steps were taken in recruitment operation
Conduct HR interview, document the interviewing results and recommendation.
