Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor / Bachelor of University with a good reputation
Diploma of Human Resources or MBA Plus
10-15 years of experience with at least 5 years experience in human resources management.
Arabic and English fluency (written and spoken).
Solid Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel knowledge and experience

المهام | job duties

(Human resources management and management personnel)
Preparation of annual plans for recruitment, training and budgets with senior management
Review and modify HR strategies sufficiently, reliability and benefits, organization structure, workflow process, training, development, records management, health and safety, succession planning.
Establish management responsibilities through the management system in line with company policies.
Improve the time host process across the organization to improve work.
Monitoring the implementation of the training plan, including selection and management of suppliers, selection of staff and evaluation of training needs.
Monitor and review recruitment, selection, boarding and orientation of new appointments and cross-sectional transport
Monitoring the provision of staff services for performance review with human resources officers
Review the payment system and current benefits to improve employee performance and morale
Monitoring staff disciplinary actions and investigations
Personnel management in human resources management to ensure efficiency and timely processing of salaries and staff requests in addition to compliance with all relevant government regulations
Develop and maintain staff medical coverage plan
Develop and manage employee payroll plan
Regular reporting including staff turnover, variable wage analysis, staff productivity and staff performance review
Development of the annual employee evaluation system.
Maintaining key performance indicators for the company's human resources
Evaluation and implementation of the enterprise resource planning system in the organization
