Responsible for ensuring Optimum manpower plan.
Responsible for ensuring timely recruitment of employees as per the Manpower budget & projection.
Facilitating new Comers with all basic requirements to initiate his function.
Responsible for the induction for the new Comers with all relevant Policies applicable to him/her.
Responsible for Training and Development for all Employees’ Categories, Retention Strategy and Reward Program.
Responsible for ensuring people development through taking internal
initiatives & External Initiatives.
Prepare periodic reports on manpower planning, recruitment and training and development progress ensuring that management is equipped with accurate and timely information for appropriate decision making.
University Degree - HR Diploma is a must.
3-5 Years of Experience in The same field.
Very good in English Language.
Excellent Inter-personnel and Negotiation skills
High ability of organizing, follow up and time Management
Able to work under pressure.
