for Smart GYM HR & Admin Assistant
Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Schedules & coordinates appointments.
Maintains electronic and hard copy filing system
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Bachelor degree required (Preferably Bachelor of Commerce).
At least 1 year of hands on administrative support experience.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Very Good mathematical skills.
Good research skills and attention to detail.
