Screening candidates CVs, conducting phone interviews with candidates & and performing face to face interviewing with candidatesHandling employee personnel file
Coordinate the required hiring documents of newly hired staff
Maintain filing system of personnel files
Updating and completion of filing system for personnel records
Responsible for updating personnel database
Responsible to assist in completion of all documentation and correspondence prior to the starting date of new employees
Solve issues and problems
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Administer compensation and benefit plans
