Developing competitive compensation & benefit packages
Ensure providing the company with the right employees in the right positions and retain them.
Ensure providing the employees with fair compensation and benefits according to the company salary structure and benefits that is competitive to the markets
Maintain efficient and updated Organization Charts that reflects company structure.
Monitoring salary structure and benefits at all times
Prepare job announcements ads and doing full recruitment process
Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes
Update department structures and job descriptions on regular basis
You will create, manage, lead and evaluate training programs.
