الشروط | Job Requirements
Requirements:
Proven recruiting experience, 2-3 years
Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
HR Diploma is a must Or Deep HR self-study

مهام وظائف اخصائي توظيف في مصر | job duties For Recruitment Specialist Jobs In Egypt
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare and post jobs Social Media/LinkedIn/webites
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Assist in other HR functions (20 – 40) % of work duties.
