1- Provide qualified candidates to meet departmental hiring requests through the annual manpower plan.
2- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using recruitment channels.
3- Conducting the initial round of interview & scheduling the short-listed candidates.
4- Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed
5- Put the standard of the JD for all post in the company
6- Conduct Exit Interview
