Bachelor degree - Prefer business
Minimum 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience specially in personnel and payroll
Excellent English language command oral/Written
HR study is preferred.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.

مهام وظائف اخصائى شؤون عاملين في مصر | job duties For Personnel Specialist Jobs In EgyptFollow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date
Filling the employees files with all legal requirements
Handle all social insurance and labor office duties
