مهام وظائف اخصائي موارد بشرية في مصر | job duties For Human Resources Specialist Jobs In EgyptBe on a constant quest for sourcing the best talents in their respective fields to create a superior workforce.
Ensure a continuous stream of applicants for all the positions in the company.
Improve the company hiring stages and structure, through the implementation of unbiased assessment tests and real performance-based evaluation.
Conducting and analyzing exit interviews. Recommend changes.
Follow up with the team leaders to learn the performance of the team members and provide reporting on the same.
Improve and document the system for rewarding and warning of the team members, based on the performance.
Closely cooperate with the Team Leaders to establish and monitor training programs for the staff when necessary.
Ensure disciplined and structured work environment for the staff
Systematically collect feedback from the team leaders on the staff and attach it to the soft feedback on staff performance and attitude from the HR and submit it to the management
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conduct investigations; maintain records
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Maintain human resource archive by designing and filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
