الشروط | Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.- HR certificate/diploma is a Prefer.
- 5 - 7 Years of experience in HR field.
- Fluent in English, extra language is highly preferred.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word - Excel - Power Point).
Work Details:
- Company location: Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt- Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 2 Days off

Managing the Recruitment cycle including creating and updating the organizational chart, creating job ads, conducting interviews, creating job offer, following up new comer’s process, etc.- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Manage the Performance Appraisal System and Employees Engagement Programs.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Ensuring the company’s compliance with labor law and regulations on all personnel matters and issuing any necessary documents required from official authorities.
- Track employees’ attendance and absences (regular/ irregular) and send legal warnings accordingly.
- Keeping record of insurance coverage and personnel transactions.
- Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leaves and full and final settlements.
